Terms & Conditions for Coaching Service

​​​By completing your purchase with Victim 2 Victor Coaching, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Agreement

1.1. Coaching services provided by Victim 2 Victor Coaching, LLC are for educational and personal development purposes only.
1.2. The coach is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or legal advisor. Any actions or decisions you take based on coaching sessions are your sole responsibility.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
2.2. Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy below.
2.3. Any payment disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the transaction.

3. Session Scheduling

3.1. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the provided booking system or as agreed with the coach.
3.2. Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4.2. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
4.3. Victim 2 Victor Coaching, LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions in case of emergencies, with notice provided to the client.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless:

• Required by law.

• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
  5.2. Clients agree not to disclose or share any session recordings, materials, or proprietary content from Victim 2 Victor Coaching, LLC without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer

6.1. Results from coaching services may vary. Success depends on individual commitment and effort.
6.2. Victim 2 Victor Coaching, LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the client’s application of coaching advice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials provided during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of Victim 2 Victor Coaching, LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
7.2. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without express written permission.

8. Agreement Acknowledgment

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.  Before beginning services, you will be required to complete an intake or consultation form. (Click Step 1 to get started.)
